Exhibitions & Installations

I have been creating public installations with Fysdunctional Theatre Company, an enterprise I started with my creative partner Josh Nicoll. We aim to create interactive work that is vibrant in its design, uses dynamic technology and inspires creativity from the general public.

I also continue to create art with Watercolours, Lino Print, Textiles and Ceramics and take commissions. Featured below is an exhibition I put on in 2019 showcasing the work I made in the year 2018-2019.

STRAVIG

Textile Designer and Maker

Fysduntional Theatre Company presents 'STRAVIG' The interactive Light and Textile installation that encourages the act of play amongst all ages. The piece connects us humans to the nature that surrounds us and shows that its a resource anyone can use to make their own art-no matter how much of an artist you think you are!  It combines ancient botanics, modern technology and creative play all working together to make something beautiful. This tactile art piece was exhibited as part of Sparkfest 2023 in the grounds of the Holbourne Museum and is now being developed to reach a wider audience.

STRAVIG

Susie Beare Art

I have been working as an artist since I was 15 taking commissioned work and producing my own work to sell. My art is inspired by my love of the outdoors, taking inspiration from some of the UK's most beautiful spots in The Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, Hebrides, Pembrokeshire and South West coast.
